Booking, Check-in, and Check-out

  • We are unable to accommodate guests from outside India; only Indian Nationals with valid proof of identity are allowed to check in

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Individual:
  • If cancellation is 12hrs prior to the checking date, full refund will be given. But, only if an email is sent by the guest.
For Group:
  • If a booking is cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival date, 10% of the booking amount will be deductible.
  • If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date, 20% of the booking amount will be deducted.
  • If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date or in case of a no-show, 100% of the room rate for one night will be charged.
  • Bookings can be amended only once, up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in.
  • Refunds or cancellations are not applicable for amended booking.
General Rules and Regulations
  • Drinking and gambling are prohibited.
  • Visitors are allowed in the room until 9:00 pm.
  • The main gate will be closed at 12:00 am.
  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if we suspect fraud, inappropriate activity, or a booking made in error.
  • The phone number provided may be used for marketing or follow-up communication in the future.
  • All guests must submit a valid photo ID (driver’s license, voter’s card, or passport) upon check-in.
  • PAN Card is not a valid form of identification.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in public area. (in reception, corridors and lauby etc)
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
  • Damage to hotel property by a guest will be liable to a charge at the discretion of the hotel’s management.
  • Payments are payable upon presentation of the invoice.
  • Parking is at owner’s risk.
  • All borders (boarders) and their guests are under CCTV surveillance.
  • Do not leave luggage unattended.
  • The hotel’s discretion prevails in all cases related to service delivery, complaints, or disputes.
  • The hotel is a self-service hotel.
  • The hotel is not liable for any theft of cash, valuables, or belongings of the guest or their visitors.
  • Guests must take care of their own belongings.
  • The hotel will be responsible for cash deposits made directly to hotel management upon proper delivery and authorization.
  • The booking person is liable for their own luggage and its content.
  • Room service is available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. After 10:00 pm, service requests may not be processed.
  • All borders must follow social distancing and SOPs issued by health authorities.
  • All borders must stay in their room during the night. They cannot leave their room vacant at night.
  • Customers must keep their mask removed during entry for the security reasons and verification.
  • Illegal items of any kind are prohibited in the hotel.
  • The hotel is not responsible for items left behind by guests. We will keep recovered items for 30 days after departure. After this, we may dispose of them at our discretion.
  • The hotel cannot be held liable for any temporary interruptions in power, water, or other services due to maintenance, supplier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Firearms, flammable items, or any prohibited or unlawful materials (according to the Government of India) are not allowed in hotel rooms or on the hotel’s property.
  • The guest is liable for their own luggage and belongings. The hotel bears no responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss of a guest’s belongings.
  • This is a ** family hotel** — therefore unmarried couples are not allowed to stay in a room together.
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes, which may be amended from time to time in conformity with government regulations.
